Nestled in the heart of the Acadian Peninsula, in the small Village of Saint-Isidore,

exists an artisan maple farm steeped in family tradition,

respect for the land and deep Acadian history.

Our tiny farm produces the world’s richest, darkest, most flavourful maple syrup – handcrafted in small batches

in very limited quantity. Coveted by chefs and food lovers the world over, our syrup is harvested from ancient Red Maples

by proud and hard working Acadian farmers who have taken meticulous care of their trees for over 150 years.

Passed down from grandfather to father to son, each generation has been taught to work with nature.

Our maple artisans use an ethical balance of other trees, flora and fauna to enrich the soil and create a perfect ecosystem

so our Red Maples can flourish. Wild ducks and many species of woodpeckers are encouraged to nest in our groves

to gauge the health of our farm and the health of our trees.
